2021 Appraisal

Winona has been instrumental in maintaining and updating the content and functionality of our public-facing website; working closely with internal stakeholders and the various members of our agency team and contractors. She has also been closely involved in the acquisition and review of key site analytics that help inform decisions around optimizations, new features, navigation adjustments, and more. During this past year, Winona has also been deeply involved in the development of our intranet rebuild – a monstrous effort that impacts all Valleywise Health colleagues. She has partnered with IT team members, strengthening that relationship and our combined ability which will enable us to effectively deliver necessary information to our internal audience. In addition, Winona has continued to manage the uptime of and update content to our network of digital monument signs. She has also supported her marketing peers with the deployment of a multitude of email communications.

Hope all is well with you. I wanted to reach out to you to again give kudos to Winona Schultz. We are currently in the process of implementing a new platform for onboarding and provisioning students which is going live in mid-November. There were several changes that needed to be made to our Undergraduate Medical Education information on the VW website. On Friday, October 8th, I submitted the SNOW tickets and gave Winona a head’s up that those were coming her way.

Yesterday I received notification that all the changes had been made. Winona is a pleasure to work with and has gone above and beyond in helping me with these changes. She is an asset to your department and to VW.

I worked with Winona for several years at NTA from when she started as an Admin. Assistant through her tenure as NTA’s Marketing COM Specialist. In that time I saw her career knowledge grow, mainly due to her passion for marketing, zest for lifelong learning and a true dedication to her craft.

While working with Winona at NTA, Inc., I found her to be willing to tackle any task she was given. She would acquire the skills needed to perform tasks she had never undertaken before, and gave 100% in all she did. She took on the task of creating process documents for marketing functions and managed multiple programs (blogs, trade show program, website re-build, event planning, etc.). I believe she enjoyed working for a company, rather than an agency, as she is very dedicated to her work, and would not enjoy trying to apply her deep sense of loyalty to multiple clients. Knowing her propensity for acquiring new skills, I am certain she has acquired a knowledge base that would be beneficial to any company.
